Booking details: When you book — through the booking engine on this website, by phone, on WhatsApp, by email, or via a travel platform — we receive the details needed to hold your reservation: your name, contact number or email, stay dates, and the number and names of guests.
ID at check-in: As required of hotels by government regulations, every guest must present valid photo identification with address proof at check-in (passport, Aadhaar card, driving licence, Voter ID or government ID). These records are maintained as the law requires.
CCTV: Public and common areas of the hotel are under CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of guests. Footage is not shared with anyone under any circumstances, as a matter of privacy.

Payments

Handled by the gateway: Online payments are processed by our secure payment-gateway partner. Your card, UPI and net-banking details go directly to the gateway — the hotel never sees or stores them.
Refund details: If a refund is due, we ask for your bank account details solely to make the transfer, and use them for nothing else.

This website

No account, no forms: This website has no login and no enquiry forms. It stores nothing about you personally. Booking happens on our booking engine, and chat happens on WhatsApp — each governed by its own privacy policy once you leave this site.
Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is cookieless and aggregated — it does not identify you or follow you across the web. The site also keeps a simple running count of total visits; the count is a single number and contains no personal data.
No advertising trackers: The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad or social-media trackers.

How we use information

Only for your stay: We use your information to confirm and manage bookings, communicate about your stay, meet statutory record-keeping requirements, and respond when you contact us.
